I am Cristina Isaacson. I graduated from Stony Brook University with a Bachelor of Science degree. I majored in Health Sciences (concentration in Health Care Management) and also minored in Studio Art.
After graduating, I traded my city life to live in the suburbs.... It was quite a humbling experience.
Shortly after getting married, I had children and became a stay-at-home mom. During this time, I experimented with baking and that became my side-gig. See that here
Couple years later, the pandemic hit and I became a small business owner on Etsy. From product design and package design, to manufacturing - I did it all. Etsy SEO keyword research, product photography and description, social media content-creation and marketing, responding to customer inquiries and tracking deliveries.... It was quite the learning curve, but within a year, I had made 644 sales and managed to recieve a 5-star average rating from 127 reviews.... most of them being strangers from all parts of the United States and quite many being repeat customers. My online business went through a transformation stage, where I got to sharpen the skills I learned in college. Slowly, people began reaching out to me for graphic design services for their personal and business related matters See them here and I thought how great it would be if I had the skills to do more.
